Pittsburgh Public Schools selected as a finalist for Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation intensive partnership
Superintendent Roosevelt received some very good news yesterday from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The District, which submitted a plan to maximize teacher effectiveness and improve student achievement, has been selected as a finalist for the Foundation’s Intensive Partnership to Empower Effective Teachers program.
